Kristina Bade Binder is an award winning designer known for creating spaces that are visually stunning and highly functional– beautifully blending unexpected modernism with casual sophistication. Her curated environments are dynamic, collected and unforgettable. She attributes her success to her bold personality, discerning eye, extensive world travel, and over 18 years of luxury design and construction experience. 

Elevating her talents at Wynn Design & Development under Roger Thomas’ creative direction, Kristina was integral in the process of creating the dazzling environments at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore at Wynn Macau, both Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond properties. Some notable projects include Steve Wynn’s private Fairway Villa, Invited Guest Reception, XS Nightclub, and  copious light fixtures and furniture pieces appearing throughout the resort. One of her restaurants, Golden Flower at Wynn Macau is a Michelin Two-Star recipient and was in the running to being named one of S. Pellegrino’s “World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. 

Bringing her talents back to the East Coast, Kristina Bade Studio was established in 2009. Her fresh and innovative techniques using color, texture, unique materials and bespoke furnishings help both her firm’s high-end residential and luxury hospitality clients achieve environments that both compliment and inspire a lifestyle. She understands how form anticipates function and how their synergy is integral to each project.

Prior to formalizing her career in design, Kristina worked on the corporate side of Fashion and Lifestyle magazines in New York City.  This business acumen has helped her greatly in meeting key project deadlines and managing budgets. She is aware of how these project components are as important to a successful client relationship as the creative process.

Kristina is a graduate of Villanova University and The New York School of Interior Design. She is a USGBC, LEED Accredited Professional. Kristina lives an active lifestyle in Fair Haven, New Jersey with her husband, four teenage children, and the sweetest English Lab and Cockapoo you’ll ever meet.
